The event is conducted in accordance with the FIA Sporting Code (the Code), the 2026 Estonian Drag Racing Championship General Regulations, these regulations, and EAL standard documents.
In order to develop motorsport and engage a wider community, EAL has granted permission to conduct the event in accordance with the General Regulations. Where the General Regulations conflict with the Code, the General Regulations shall prevail as the higher competition regulation. In matters not covered by the General Regulations, the Code remains in force as the higher sporting standard document. This exception is applied by EAL in accordance with Article 1.8 of the Code.
By decision of the Estonian Autosport Union (EAL) board, competitors holding Russian and Belarusian citizenship are prohibited from participating in the event: view decision

4.1. Estonian Drag Racing Cup Series and Estonian Championships:

4.1.1. Additional classes (with description and conditions where not covered by general rules):
- RWYB: non-championship class for testing street-registered vehicles (qualification runs only). Safety requirements apply according to the personal best ET achieved with the vehicle. Drivers, their vehicles and safety equipment must comply with RWYB rules. No championship standings are kept in this class. A licence is not required but is recommended (minimum recreational level, link to apply: https://app.autosport.ee/user/sign-up).
- Dodge Challenger Baltic Cup: additional class for Dodge Challenger owners. Safety requirements apply according to the personal best ET achieved with the vehicle. Championship standings are kept in this class. A minimum recreational licence (link) is required.
4.2. Competitor licence requirements as per Section 7 of the drag racing general regulations.
4.3. All competition vehicles, regardless of class, are required to have a drip cover (extending under the whole vehicle) in the pit area.
4.4. Barbecuing and use of open flame in the service area is strictly prohibited!
4.5. Teams are permitted to sell team merchandise (shirts, hoodies, etc.) in their pit area and to distribute FREE sponsor promotional gifts. All other commercial activity is permitted only by prior agreement with the organiser.
5. Registration, Entry Fee Payment and Liability
5.1. Pre-registration takes place at: https://app.autosport.ee/events
Pre-registration is open until 23.07.2026 at 23:00
On-site registration takes place subject to available spots on 25.07.2026 from 09:00–12:00.
The maximum number of competitors is 130; a spot at the event is secured by payment of the entry fee.

5.3.1. NB! If the event does not take place for reasons beyond the organiser's control (rain), the entry fee will not be refunded!!!
5.4. By registering for the event, the participant (or in the case of a minor, their legal guardian) confirms:
5.4.1. that they participate voluntarily and understand that motorsport is dangerous and carries risk to the participant's health and property. In the event of an accident, they will not hold the event organisers or EAL liable;
5.4.2. that they have read and understood the FIA International Sporting Code, agree to comply with its provisions, and consent to be subject to the dispute resolution procedures and penalties set out therein;
5.4.3. that they have read the drag racing general regulations and these event regulations.
6. Protests and Appeals
6.1.1. Protests are submitted in accordance with Section 15 of the drag racing general regulations. The protest window is 15 minutes after the publication of qualification run or elimination results. Unlike the FIA Sporting Code, a competitor may also submit a protest (FIA Sporting Code Article 13.1.1 does not apply). In all other respects, FIA Sporting Code Article 13 applies. To submit a protest, the competitor must pay the protest fee within the protest window and submit the protest in writing to the Chief Official.
6.1.2. The protest fee is 150 EUR. The protest fee for a protest concerning a vehicle's technical non-compliance is 600 EUR. The protest fee is paid in cash at the time of submission.
6.1.3. Appeals are submitted in accordance with Section 15.7 of the drag racing general regulations. The EAL appeal fee is 3,000 EUR. Paid by bank transfer to the EAL account.
